Changing the fireplace to gas was the jumping off point to redoing the entire wall of the living room. Gone was the old stereo unit, dried flowers and out-of-scale accessories, and in with grand. Now the base units hold stereo equipment. New silk drapes and a coordinating roman shade in the dining room along with a fresh colour on the walls brought this space into the new millennium.
